Alan joins from Hampshire Trust Bank where he was a lending director.
He has also previously held roles at West One Loans and Castle Trust Bank.
In his new role, Alan will work in the origination team to deliver tailored facilities from initial enquiry to credit approval, and then onto drawdown and management of the loans during their lifecycle.

Alan will also be tasked with providing bespoke residential and commercial investment loans.
